Parking at the Whakatāne Airport is free of charge, and there are no time limits for parking.

Parking is located at the entrance to the terminal. Night security patrols the aerodrome during the night and CCTV surveillance operates 24/7.

Whakatāne Airport Terminal Building
The Whakatāne Airport Terminal opens approximately one hour before the first scheduled departure and closes about 30 minutes after the last arrival. The building features modern amenities, including air conditioning and accessible restrooms equipped with baby changing facilities.

The airport features a small kiosk for snacks and drinks. There are also vending machines available for light refreshments.

Check-In
Please check in at the Sunair Terminal, located next to the main terminal building. Plan to check in 15 minutes before departure, and our friendly team will be there to assist you.
