Hamilton

Hamilton is the 4th largest city and the agricultural centre for New Zealand. Surrounding New Zealand's longest river, the mighty Waikato, Hamilton is a trade and education hub. 

Some popular attractions in Hamilton are the majestic Hamilton gardens, visiting the Hamilton Zoo or watching a sports event at Waikato Stadium.

Sunair has a check-in counter in the main terminal. Walk through the departures doors; on the right hand side of the check-in area you will see Sunair’s check-in counter. 

The Airport is located 20 minutes from the centre of Hamilton and has an Airport Cafe located upstairs in the terminal.

Airport Parking

Hamilton Airport parking is free for the first hour, then $4 per hour for a maximum charge of $22 per day. Discounts are offered if parking is pre-booked online. The area is watched by security.
